If you did not receive your refund for any ShopeePay transactions, online or offline, you can contact our Live agent via the chat feature along with your Transaction ID on the Shopee App.
To find our chat feature, you can go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee
You can find it by selecting the relevant transaction under Last Transactions > COPY.
Refunds will be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
After your refund is successfully processed, you should see it in the Last Transactions list on the ShopeePay page.
